Preacher Mike Beasley

A native of Raleigh, NC. Preacher Mike has served as lead pastor in five different churches for over 18 yrs. Having earned a Master’s Degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY, he would be the first to tell you that a piece of paper means nothing without a REAL passion for Jesus, family, people, and the ministry God calls you to. Along with his wife of 22yrs. Charlene, and their daughter Michelle, Mike and his family have spent many years committed to the cause of Christ, sharing, teaching, and preaching the good news of God’s love that all might be saved (2 Peter 3:9).

In 2005 God placed a passion and burden on Mike’s heart to reach out to the biker community, a community that both he and Charlene had been a part of for years, by providing a place where lover’s of the open road could come and experience God in a non-judging real way.  God gave a vision to start a “biker church.”  Not just a church for bikers, but a biker church.

Preacher and his family loved the Freedom of the open road for years, and now God had given  them a task to provide the same church opportunities for others who love the open road…not the usual mainstream church on every corner, but a church geared toward, driven by, and focused on the biker community.  As God began this journey in the life of Mike and Charlene He began to surround them with others who shared this same burden and passion.  After months of praying, planning, and preparing, Freedom Biker Church was born.

Preacher’s theme verse: For though I preach the Gospel, I have nothing to glory of; for necessity (a burden) is laid upon me; yea, woe unto me if I preach not the Gospel. 1Corn.9:16
